All made under patented and stringent control. Strength and density are homogeneous, reaching or exceeding DIN/ASTM standard. Free from pores, impurities and free carbon. Started with specially selected powders and raw materials, finely meshed, mixed, dryed and pressed in 25,000PSI-CIP. Then machine to required shapes. All grades Sintered-HIP. All finished parts must go thru very tight production and quality control before delivery.

Electrode Discharge Machining (EDM)

Wire Electrode Discharge Machining or Wire-cut (WEDM) 

EDM & WEDM are processes which use controlled electrical discharge to burn away the material to our required shape and accuracy. It is affected by various factors and can cause burnt, recast, microcracks and cracks in the material.

Our EH Treatment,  can reduce such defects significantly.
